ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF 2012/2013
The 47th Annual General Meeting of 2012/2013 will be held on the 24th of March 2012 at the Sabah Flying Club Premises at 1230 p.m. to transact the following business:
AGENDA
1. To confirm the minutes of the last AGM held on the 26th March 2011.
2. Presidents address and report.
3. To receive and, if approved, pass the audited accounts for the year 2011
4. To elect members of the Committee for the year 2012/2013
5. To appoint Auditor’s for the year 2012
6. To transact any other business of which due notice has been given as provided in rule 13:6.
7. Adjournment
N.B. Lunch will be served before the meeting.
